Manages and directs the overall operations and functions of the front lobby. Directs and assists all patients, visitors, and vendors to the appropriate areas. Monitors the lobby for unusual occurrences, including assisting to expedite extended waits for patients to be registered or to be seen in any specific department. Works under direct supervision of Director of Rehab Services in performing various activities of the department. Assists Director of Rehab Services in complete functioning of department administration, supervision, and patient treatment. Works closely with the Director of Rehab Services and the Rehab Services Medical Director in providing appropriate care to patients by assessing patient needs, planning care, providing educational support, and evaluating the care provided.

Positions patient and adjusts and sets exposure factors on CT scanning equipment. Makes minor adjustments to equipment and relays major equipment problems to superior promptly.
