Directs and coordinates activities of the nursing and clerical staff to carry out its objectives. Is responsible for the application and implementation of established policies. Supervises nursing, triage, schedulers, clinical secretary and quality review/medical records. Maintains and orders nursing supplies. Manages various functions of the department including hiring, evaluations, scheduling and covering areas as needed. Responsible for payroll calculation and verification.
